Waterloo Region's first newly constructed mass timber building! ONE Young @ King is located at the corner of King St W. and Young St, neighbouring Kitchener City Hall and Carl Zehr Square. The building boasts incredible exposed wood ceilings, columns, and beams. ONE Young Street @ King was built with a custom fritted glass exterior with the historic Mayfair Hotel fritted into the glass, allowing incredible views of Victoria Park and Downtown Kitchener at all times. The building has a state-of-the-art security and access control system to ensure safety, as well as a COVID-19 Filtration System to keep the building's air quality at its best. RBC lives on the main floor of ONE Young Street @ King and was the winner of REmmy from CoreNet Canada for the Best Workplace 5,000SF and Under category.
